if the notification is deemed valid, we will remedy the defect within 45 days from the date of acknowledgment, taking into account technological, weather conditions, or access to the remediation site.
each defect remediation is confirmed by a protocol, which may be signed by a person present during the work. If a signature is not possible, we document the activities with a note and photographs.
