P-P1 is a single-story variant of the P-1 model – a modern, minimalist modular home with a flat roof in the form of a Cube-type structure. The single-story design makes the building exceptionally comfortable for daily use – no stairs, no barriers, with complete freedom of movement throughout the entire space.
The functional layout includes a living room with a kitchenette as the main, open living area, a vestibule, a bathroom, and a bedroom. Depending on the investor’s needs, it is possible to create a second bedroom at the expense of part of the living room area, making P-P1 easily adaptable for both a couple and a small family. The compact form of the building makes the home perfectly suited for smaller plots and modern single-family housing estates.
P-P1 is an ideal solution for those who do not want to live in a large, empty house – especially for middle-aged couples or seniors, but also for people who travel frequently and want a private, peaceful base to return to. Importantly, thanks to TaskHome’s modular construction, the building can be expanded into larger variants (e.g., ST-4) in the future – provided that zoning conditions or the local development plan allow it.
