W-S1 is a variant of the popular W-1 model with a pitched roof, designed for those who appreciate a more classic, ‘cottage-like’ building silhouette, while still wanting to maintain the modern functionality of a compact recreational home. This model fits perfectly into forest and recreational surroundings, as well as in locations where building conditions or local zoning plans require a pitched roof.
The functional layout remains the same as in W-1: a living room with a kitchenette as the main living area, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom. Large windows in the living room open the interior to the terrace and landscape, allowing you to enjoy the closeness of nature all year round. Thanks to its compact form, the house works well as both a weekend retreat and a comfortable base for longer stays.
The W-S1 model can be finished in a natural, ‘wooden’ style – with pine or spruce wall and ceiling cladding and durable SPC floors. This combines modern modular technology with the cozy character of a recreational home surrounded by greenery.
