This process guarantees the highest precision of execution and eliminates problems typical of traditional construction, such as moisture, mold, or delays resulting from logistical and technological issues or weather conditions. Construction is carried out using a dry method – ensuring the house is ready for finishing almost immediately after assembly.
Thanks to the modular steel construction, transportation and assembly of the house are fast and efficient. The standard schedule includes preparing a warm foundation slab within 1–2 weeks, and the assembly of segments on the plot takes 1-2 days. Essential construction and installation connections are made within approximately one week, followed by the handover of the house. This way, you can quickly start enjoying your new living space.
