ST-2 is an extended version of the popular ST-1 model, expanded with an additional segment on the ground floor. This gives the house significantly more usable area and even better functionality, while retaining its characteristic, modern “barn-style” shape.
Its well-thought-out layout, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a separate utility room with an external entrance make it an ideal year-round home for a large family or those working remotely.
The room layout has been designed with large families and remote workers in mind. The ground floor features a spacious living room with a kitchenette, forming the central, daytime area of the house, as well as a bathroom, vestibule, technical rooms, and an additional utility room with an independent external entrance – perfect for storing garden furniture, sports equipment, or tools.
The first floor is planned as the night zone with bedrooms and a second bathroom. Thanks to its flexible layout, one of the bedrooms can successfully serve as a home office, making ST-2 a very attractive solution for families combining home life with remote work.
The ST-2 model is a year-round modular home that combines modern aesthetics, energy-efficient solutions, and quick construction time. It is suitable as a primary residence, a comfortable home outside the city, or on the outskirts of green areas.

The construction of a traditional house often drags on indefinitely. In the case of the ST-1 modular home, the process is transparent and fast, not exceeding 2 months:
In total, from the start of work to the completion of the house, 3 months* pass, or even less – this is a period during which traditional construction usually only reaches the shell stage.
* The completion time may be extended if unusual finishing materials or window joinery are used.
